Please be advised that you have 14 days from receipt of any items purchased to return for a full refund/exchange unless personalised or made to measure. I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom items that are personalised or made to measure unless they are faulty. All returns MUST be sent back in a timely manner with prior notice (within 14 days of receipt of item) in NEW and UNUSED condition. I am also unable to accept returns of undergarments for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless faulty. Faulty items must be evidenced within 3 months of receipt to organise a return/refund or repair. Please ensure to contact me to organise a return.
Please ensure to follow all care instructions on the labels provided within the garments.
If an accessory is purchased and no care instructions are attached I would recommend washing at no more than 40degrees on delicate wash.
Please handle all poppers, buttons and fastenings with care. These items are handmade and fastenings are secured by hand. Fastenings should not be opened on the fabric as it can damage the garment and I cannot be held liable for such damage occurring. If a fastening is faulty (not due to incorrect use) please contact me using the above returns guidance.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail signed-for service unless stated otherwise. Turnaround for clothing is currently 4-6 weeks PLUS shipping time which is 2-3 working days. Please be aware all items are handmade to order so do take some time to make up and post out.
Please be aware that a small amount of shipping costs have been built into the price of some (not all) of my items. This is due to customer preference in not having a charge for postage on orders over £40 and subsidised postage (£2 flat rate) on orders under £40. This applies to U.K. deliveries only. Postage to Ireland has been reduced on this basis.
